By using GeneratorGen ("the site", "the platform"), you agree to the following terms. Read them before creating a token, adding liquidity, or using any other tool on this site.

Tooling only — not financial advice

GeneratorGen is a set of technical tools for deploying and managing Solana tokens. Nothing on this site — the token creator, the liquidity tool, the tools directory, or anything else — is investment, financial, legal, or tax advice, and nothing here should be read as a recommendation to create, buy, sell, or hold any token. We are not your financial advisor, and no one on our team is acting as one when you use this platform.

Memecoins are highly speculative

Tokens created through this platform, and memecoins generally, are speculative assets. Prices can be extremely volatile, liquidity can dry up, and a token can lose all of its value, including tokens you create yourself. Only ever risk what you can genuinely afford to lose, and understand that a token existing and being tradable is not a guarantee that it has, or will retain, any value at all.

Your wallet, your responsibility

You are solely responsible for your own wallet, private keys, and seed phrase, and for every transaction you sign. We never have access to your private key and cannot recover funds, reverse a transaction, or undo an on-chain action on your behalf under any circumstances. Double-check every transaction — recipient addresses, amounts, contract addresses — before you approve it in your wallet, since blockchain transactions cannot be reversed once confirmed.

No guarantees

We do not guarantee that a token created here will gain liquidity, get listed on any exchange or aggregator, maintain any particular price, or attract any trading volume whatsoever. Aggregator and chart-tracking sites (DexScreener, Birdeye, Jupiter, and similar) index public on-chain data independently and on their own timelines — we don't control if, when, or how a token appears on them.

Your legal obligations

You're responsible for complying with the laws that apply to you in your own jurisdiction, including any rules around creating, promoting, or trading digital assets. If creating or promoting a token would be unlawful where you are, don't use this platform to do it. We make no representation that use of this platform is appropriate or lawful in every jurisdiction.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use this platform to create tokens or content that are fraudulent, that impersonate an existing project or person without authorization, or that are otherwise designed to deceive. You also agree not to attempt to disrupt, abuse, or circumvent the service, including through automated scraping or excessive automated requests.

We may refuse service

We reserve the right to refuse, suspend, or limit access to any part of this platform, for any user, at our discretion — for example, in response to abuse, fraud, or a violation of these terms.

No warranty

This platform is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including any warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee the tools will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of bugs — this applies with particular force to a prototype build like this one.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, GeneratorGen and its operators are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this platform, including but not limited to lost funds, lost profits, or losses resulting from a token's price movement, a failed transaction, or a third-party service (a wallet, an exchange, an aggregator) behaving unexpectedly.

Changes to these terms

These terms may be updated as the platform changes. Continued use of the site after an update is posted means you accept the revised terms.
